  1. I've tried most of the plant based cheeses labelled gluten free in store and even some not never had an issue gluten wise but the saturated fats in it mess me up in another way, I still wouldn't trust ones not labelled gluten free though just not worth the risk

Sorry I know this is old but I absolutely love the OWYN protein shakes I've been getting the Elite Pro vanilla with no added sugar and adding matcha, carob, flaxseeds, and a few potions and powders to it that I take and its absolutely the best taste I've ever had on the planet really really good stuff Never had an issue with it gluten wise either
  3. ill just say that i used to eat banza pasta but it always made me feel sick until i got the wholefoods organic chickpea pasta than i could eat it, now i see why lol Banza was like a nuclear bomb went off in my stomach glysphosphate is probably terrible for us i would avoid it personally

I eat mostly rice and garbanzo beans specifically because i can tolerate them with olive oil a ton of lemon juice ginger garlic turmeric black pepper and potassium salt and i mix in 250 grams of frozen broccoli from wholefoods and i feel pretty good eating this way, the best i have ever felt actually i have orgain protein shakes in the morning with ripple...
  6. if you have a mental health center you can access near you if you get a case manager they can help you get all the possible benefits you can get atleast the one near me does and it has a 1 star rating on google so im sure other places would do that, some of them know everything about the welfare systems its like their specialty, hope this helps you deserve...
  7. NAC is great but I have a problem smoking more when I use it since my lungs feel better than I make them feel worse but it does help my stomach and everything else helps me feel homeostasis

  9. I do notice I don't feel good if I eat the rice cakes I don't think its gluten related though I think they're just not that good in general I eat lundburgs rice everyday but not the rice cakes since I felt out of it when i ate them

Should I be okay to eat macadamia nuts without a gluten free claim the factory is gluten free and only processes macadamia nuts but not tested by the company specficially referring to Hamakua Macadamia Nuts on amazon im trying hard to find macadamia nuts that are not rancid, I worry the supplier may not be gluten free
