  5. Hi, thanks for the replies. As I have type 1 diabetes they have been routinely testing me there every 3 or 2 years for celiac. The test is blood test for tTG-IgA as well as IGA levels in order to determine if I have IG-A deficiency (I do not). I can eat corn though, but not rice as it gives me similar symptoms. Only thing I have found to help with symptoms (except for elimination diet) is vitamin B and exercise.
