I'm 8 years strict gluten free. All natural and artificial sweeteners, dairy, chocolate, grains make my stomach hurt, sinuses clog, sleepless, leg twitch. Cross reaction is big for me. I was 60 at diagnosis with decades of symptoms, and I think my poor body developed all sorts of damage and sensitivity. I've learned to enjoy other treats like roasted rutabaga...
