  1. Dear Sobiha, I wish you good health! I n a follow up to my experience, I had another episode a few days later, not quite as dramatic. Both meals were at home with no gluten present. The only ingredient I could find in both was fermented soy. Now I believe my body perceived the soy as gluten. This may be for another article or study. I have never had...
  2. I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2011. Before going on a gluten free diet I had severe stomach cramps and headaches, after the reactions to ingesting any gluten have gotten substantial my worse. My last ingestion -(source unknown, made food at home) found me on the floor in a public bathroom ( thankfully private & locked) for two hours with severe diarrhea...
