    Yes that’s why I was confused and would say allergic even though I know that’s not the proper term. I still can’t find if 15mcg/mL is considered high or very high.

    I’m not sure what this test is called or what it is used for but it was an Allergen Gluten IGG test. My value was 15.0 mcg/mL and the standard range is <2.0 mcg/mL so I had a high flag. Can you help explain this?

    I did have a breath test and it was negative. So that is why I’m confused. Thank you for your input.

    Since around 2018 I have elevated liver enzymes but the doctor always just told be to exercise and lose weight. I had an ultra sound they showed non alcoholic fatty liver. In January I had bloodwork done and my liver enzymes remained elevated. I went gluten free in January because it showed I had a high gluten level. Three months later I had bloodwork repeated...

    Thank you. I started the burping in January and since then have been eating gluten free so I’m not sure why I continue to burp. I eat only healthy foods and rarely eat fatty or sugary foods. I have tried to eliminate foods that I think could cause burping but even drinking water will cause burping. No, I am not not.

    I was not gluten free before I had the bloodwork done. I went to the doctor because of symptoms I was having and she said it sounds like a gluten intolerance. The GI doctor did mention doing some biopsies. If I stay eating gluten till now August 4th they changed the testing wouldn’t that cause more damage in the meantime?     In January I had bloodwork done because I felt bloated all the time. I was gaining weight, my face seemed swollen and I had a dull ache in my stomach. They did allergy test and my gluten level was 15 and it should be less than 2. Is this considered high? I completely cut out gluten on Jan. 23rd.
