About Me
I'm the Scientific Director at ELISA Technologies, the company that founded and has manufactured EZ Gluten for nearly 15 years. I often give educational (non-promotional) talks about gluten, maintaining a gluten-free diet/lifestyle, and gluten testing both at home and in a laboratory and touch upon all the available testing options and test kits. We try to give back to the community and I'm mostly here to answer questions and stay up to date with what concerns and questions people have in the field. My doctorate is in biomedical science (medical research), so I'm always happy to talk science. If you see me at a gluten-free event, say hi!

Nima partners gluten tester?

Medline shut them down after that first acquisition, but the investor that bought them a year or two later seemed to be in it for the right reasons when he rebranded it as Nima Partners.
