  1. Yes, thank you! Certainly not safe for those in the sensitive celiac population such as myself. It’s always confusing when some products have the certified gluten-free stamp while some of the same product does not.
  2. I read the ingredient list on the back of a Hu Chocolate Bar a couple weeks ago in the store and there was an allergy statement that the same equipment is used to process wheat. I would highly recommend double checking the back of these bars!
  3. I had a similar experience with a delayed reaction time. I’ve been gluten free since mid-2021. I noticed a difference almost immediately so I continued on with my new diet without seeking testing.
