Hello. I had a negative blood test for celiac, then a positive, then a negative. Dr still want to do a endoscopy to rule it out since I have iron deficiency. Do I need to move forward with a biopsy if my genetics testing was positive and celiacs panel? The biopsy is very expensive with great insurance for some reason. I have on and off stomach pain, nausea, and a lot of joint pain and now Osteoarthritis. I think the doctor initially ordered it for my iron deficiency. Not anemia. -
