  1. A BIG thank you for ALL of that information. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me. I'm going to digest what you have told me (I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the information) and start taking some action. One more question - are you familiar with any nutritional deficiencies that cause amenorrhea?
  2. Thank you! This is all a lot of information and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed but I will digest what you and @knitty kitty have suggested and start on some of the recommended supplements. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
  3. It hasn't made any noticeable difference with my GI symptoms. It's interesting you say that about your fibromyalgia... it was prescribed for my potential refractory celiac but the one benefit I did notice at first, was an improvement in my fibro symptoms. The last few weeks it hasn't been as effective, and I'm starting to return to how I felt before starting...
  4. I want to start by saying how incredibly sorry I am to hear about the loss of your wife. I haven't had a homocysteine test.. what is that? In August my Vitamin D level was 65 ng/ml (with the 12,500 IU supplementation) I recently started steroids for treatment of potential Refractory. I've been taking budesonide for 6 weeks now. I take...
  5. I have taken 2 SIBO tests, both were negative.
  6. I need help from the extremely knowledgeable and helpful vitamin and mineral experts out there. All the information I could think to provide is outlined below but I'll start with posting my questions, so they don't get lost in the long post. My questions Do my symptoms sound like a B vitamin deficiency? Can I have a B vitamin deficiency...
  7. On 8/25 it was 65 ng/ml, compared to 26 back in May, which lead to my dr prescribing a 10k iu daily dose of D3.
  8. Thanks for the suggestion. I do already take 12,500 IU of Vitamin D daily. I still experience allergy symptoms and would like to take something OTC for some relief.
  9. Can anyone recommend allergy medicine that is both gluten free AND dairy free? I've found a few off brands that are labeled gluten free, but they all have lactose in them. I've a very sensitive Celiac + have an extreme intolerance to all dairy. Thanks!
  10. For those that are super sensitive, do you have trusted brands of gluten-free flours and other baking essentials? 👩‍🍳
  11. Thanks for the suggestion! I haven't had dairy in 2 years, it was cut out quickly after going gluten free. I do take digestive enzymes with everything I eat also.
  12. Good morning! If you also react to oats, does that mean you have to treat them the same as gluten? Specifically, do you need to avoid any cross contact with oats (even certified gluten free ones)? I suspected I was reacting to them very early on in my diagnosis and I eliminated them from my diet at that time (2 years ago). I continue to have symptoms...
  13. I know this thread is over a year old, but I'm hoping you're still around. I am curious if the itchy tip of the nose you get happens immediately after your suspected glutening? I've been experiencing the same thing, and I'm trying to see if there is a way to pinpoint what the offending food may be (I don't eat outside of my own home, so I'm looking to identify...
  14. I really appreciate it! With your mention of bright yellow urine, that is something I have been experiencing (without the B vitamin supplements). My recent labs did show higher than normal levels of B12 and Folate. Curious what that could mean?
  15. I cannot thank you enough for all of that information! Would you be able to provide me with some recommendations? For the thiamine, riboflavin & niacin supplements, are there any you can recommend that have high doses, or will I just need to take multiple pills of those daily? I've researched online about the AIP and low histamine diets...
