  1. Thanks Scott and others who replied,, funnily enough I had milk other day and noticed my energy just dropped.. obviously bad for you but sugary sweets I Def noticed an almighty energy drop so I dont even have anything like that no more . Hope you are all feeling well
  2. So as some of you already know I was 47 turning 48 before my diagnosis so a lot and a lot of internal damage. I no longer obviously drink beer unless gluten-free variants of it but does anyone else really struggle when just drink any sorts of alcohol now. I'm really thinking going tea total and avoiding it completely

  4. Hi everyone I'm James, I hope you are all feeling well??. Accidentally had gluten at weekend and I've had severe diarrhea since sat night. My question is ,the longer someone like myself has been following a strict gluten-free diet will the exposure to gluten be lot more extreme as body now has been free of it well over a year ? Hello everyone and I hope you are all doing well,so I'm a year in after my diagnosis last year and I was 48 at the time so I went a long time undiagnosed,what iv noticed this year is my body is very achy.like most of the time, nothing that would keep me off work but it's constant almost and was just wondering if anyone else suffers from this? Hey..so sorry to read about your struggles .I was diagnosed last June at 48..I had a horrible scar/scab whatever you want call it on my neck for years..went gluten-free after diagnosis and now almost gone..sice tho I have couple scabs not to big on my forehead..taking more supplements and sticking to my diet and hoping persistence soon pays off..just keep...

  13. Hey Catherine I think we are mirror images of each other definitely going thru same process..the dreams are bizarre..IV currently been given a three week doctor line to just rest and get myself back in a good place as I have been struggling of late ..where in the UK are you from?

  15. Hey kitty thank you..been half a year for me so I'm still a lot of trial and error,food wise I'm ok now but supplements wise not so good. IL pop into Holland and Barrett today..thanks for the advice. Also I have a hiatus hernia that's pushing my stomach up a bit so all and all my insides aren't a rosy garden at the moment

The length of time you have went undiagnosed is longer than myself.i was 48 years of age..you will have a long long road to recovery but just keep doing what your doing and you will start to feel better but it's a long road for you..headache is like your head in a vice..take calcium supplements to ..hope all this helps you

  18. .Listen appreciated guys thank you.well no more was mentioned so I assumed was just the rawness internally that was contributed to that.they said my insides had almost totally eroded.tbh after 4 weeks of the gluten free diet it's not as much so has been improvement but my mid drift still feels like iv took a kicking
