Is it possible to have celiacs or a gluten allergy, wheat and still be able to eat fried rice? I am able to eat this without a reaction it contains soy and wheat. Items, food I could be more sensitive too.

Is TruBiotics gluten free? I've been taking this for years. I just read the label says it has "yeast extract"? Is that a different form.
