  1. Thanks. Now that I know that the stuff does exist, I need to seek out places where it can be purchased. I did save the recipe, but I don't have an oven. I also don't have the sources of the rye flour, but at least I now have a toehold on the problem. Thanks again for the link. Things are swinging in the right direction for people...

  4. I have understood that rye has much less gluten than wheat. I notice that rye bread on the grocery shelf always includes wheat flour in the ingredient list. Where can I buy rye bread that has no wheat flour?
