  1. I have celiac but am also horribly “ glutened” if I eat any dairy product or “gluten-free” oatmeal (I’m in the US). I read that the proteins in oats and dairy are very similar to the wheat gluten protein. Gliadin-x doesn’t seem to help. Is this a common issue?
