  1. Jambalaya

    1 pakage cut up boneless chicken (bite size)

    3 tablespooms olive oil

    1 green pepper, diced

    1 red pepper, diced

    3 cloves of garlic, minced

    1 can stewed tomatoes

    3 cups chicken broth (or 3 cups of water and 2 McCormick brouillion cubes)

    1.5 cups basmati rice

    2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar

    1/4 cup of white vinegar

    2 teaspoons thyme

    2 teaspoons oregano

    1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (I used Mc Cormick)

    1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

    1-2 teaspoons crushed red chilis (I used Mc Cormick)

    pepper and salt to taste

    2 teaspoons parsely (optional)

    2 teaspoons basil (optional)

    1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

    Cook chicken, oil, garlic, onion, green pepper, celery, and paprika in large wok or skillet until chicken is done. Add all other ingredients and cook until rice is cooked.

  2. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this before. Since I was exposed to wheat and dairy within a few days of each other, do you think that the combination of the two could cause that reaction? As far as I know I have never been exposed to both wheat and dairy like that since I went 100% casein free about 1 year ago.
