    I now get severe stomach pain after going gluten-free. The pain gets so bad that I cannot move and breathing hurts. I don't get the pain all the time after an accient but I will get the pain once in a while after an accident. I never used to get pain like that before the gluten-free diet. Which blood test did she have done?

    I can sometimes get mild insomnia from gluten. Maybe try reducing your intake of salt and caffeine. I just read recently that a high salt diet can cause insomia.

    I still haven't been able to find a gluten free worcestershire sauce where I live in Canada, so I got a friend to pick me up some Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce in the US. He said that every store he went to in the US had malt vinegar listed on the ingredient list on the Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce bottle Did the US change their ingredient...

    Thanks Michelle, I have never got a severe reaction from the 100% tropicana juices, so hopefully that means that they are ok. Can that much gluten harm us? celiac3270, I'm assuming this is tropicana juice... and you've been drinking it with no problems at all? I'm just trying to decide if the 100% stuff is safe to be drinking or not after all...

    Michelle, Were you drinking the 100% tropicana juice or another kind that made you sick? I drink the 100% kind with only calcium added but now I am worried about cross contamination. I wonder if they make their juices on the same lines? I was drinking Tropicana because I thought it was ok. Anyway, does anyone know of any safe orange juice brands. I think...

    The only ingredinets are 100% orange juice and calcium citrate malate. I think that would be ok.

    I'm hoping the pure orange juice with only calcium added is gluten-free. There are no additives other than calcium. I haven't been reacting to it...

    I am super sensitive and I don't eat Lays/Frito or Humpty Dumpty because of the risk of cross contamination. I have reacted to both brands.     I consider myself a partial vegetarian. I eat some "terrestrial" meat, but usually only on special occasions, so like once a month or so (sometimes not even that often). The only meat I will eat on a regualr basis is fish. I also stay away from dairy due to my lactose intolerance. I am also very interested in eating healthy to prevent serious health problems...

    Old El Peso will clearly list gluten on their ingredients and they have taco seasoning mixes.

    wow, I didn't realize there were that many celiacs with pancreas problems. I guess it's more common than I thought. I think I may be having problems with my pancreas and I have been doing some research on it. I seem to have a lot of the symptoms of chronic pancreatitis.

    That's odd... It's annoying that they only make a gluten free version in the US. Why wouldn't they keep the same recipe for all countries? You think it would make sence to be consistent...     I've serched high and low for a gluten free worcester sauce. Does anyone know of any gluten free brands or even a recipe to make a gluten free worcester sauce? I want to make a casserole that calls for worcester sauce but I can't find any gluten free ones. I did find a controversy in my quest though.... Check this out: Lea & Perrins...
