I stopped taking my b12 tablets and vitamin D tablets and I’m wondering if this is what’s causing my sudden nausea in the mornings & toilet issues… has anyone had this problem since being diagnosed?

Do you know what, I’ve done some research into nightshades, I think you could be right as I tested it again today and has a reaction to it. it’s so hard because so many foods contain the nightshade Ingredients, I’m struggling to find foods I can eat anymore!
