I was told that the lobster cakes at this restaurant were gluten free. I ate two. Then they came and said they weren't!!! It didn't seem like there was much filler in them. As soon as I got home I took 6 charcoal caps What else should I do ?

We ate at an Italian restaurant last night. They have home made gluten free pasta which I have had many times. Unfortunately someone made a mistake abd gave me regular pasta.
