  14. As a State pensioner in SA, all I cán use is what the State Clinic provide. It is not as good, but similar to Future Life shake.

  18. Yippee! I am só glad that I met you, VMCK! I am a pensioner in Klawer, Western Cape. Moved here two months ago. I use to buy all my gluten free products from Checkers (Simple Truth brand), but am very limited in the country. If you are a State patient, your can ask to see a dietition. If she have lost weight, she should qualify for their Feeding Scheme....

I get my peanutbutter from the owner of a health shop who goes gluten free himself. I strictly use my own pots & utensils and wash them separately myself. Tx.   22. I agree with you wholeheartedly that natural MSG is not the culprit. I avoid adding it, and as far as casien does make me feel sick (I have been a 90% vegan for years and that causes the problem. Thank you for your insightful comments on MSG. I appreciate it. I will have to speak to a dietitian about the Celiac/Casein reaction. Eldene
  23. JustI'm sorry, but as a trained lifestyle councillor, MSG is toxic, albeit it may be gluten free. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and as far as possible, I try to keep it healthy.
