hi i am 23 years old my latest cbc shows low platelets other things seem normal. one of the most irritating thing is burning sensation around anus while passing the stool but for burning sensation stool has to be specific. hard dry stool doesn't cause any irritation but soft stool not watery sometimes with texture sometime without texture(like mushy pulp...
