I ended up using Titanium 3 for building the table because they also claim to be gluten free. It seemed to work well. -

A genetic test as Knitty kitty is a good idea. That was the 1st test I had done. It definitely shows whether it is in your genes. But, that has not encouraged my 3 other sisters to be tested. I called Gorilla Glue today, 10-17-23, to ask if their wood glue ultimate is gluten free, they said the chart says it contains no gluten.
