I use flours that do contain these gums. We came to the realization something was wrong with this batch of muffins. Since we both got sick and he has no problem with any foods. -

Thank you but I make gluten free stuff all the time because I’m a baker and never had this issue before, but after my husband tried the muffins (non celiac) he said his stomach also hurt so I think something was wrong with the batch of muffins from Krusteaz
