Hi everyone. I am new here but don't know if this site is right for me. I haven't been diagnosed with celiac, and I have been able to tolerate glutin thus far. But I discovered this site and/or a similar-sounding UK-based site while taking a free OpenLearn course. I am happy to provide more information if needed. This looks interesting though.
