Celiac will never go away, your reactions may differ from time to time. Even if you don’t get sick, it is still doing damage. I want to know where you got gluten-free pizza so good that you didn’t notice the difference between the gluten-free and the regular until after you ate 3 pieces!

Bob’s does have a gluten-free cornmeal. I do not live in Canada, so I cannot tell you where to find it. The one not labeled is not processed in their gluten-free facility.
