  1. Hi all, it’s been about 7 months since I was diagnosed and stopped eating gluten. I’m strict and rarely eat anywhere but home but symptoms persist - fatigue, easily upset stomach, etc. one doc said to do food testing to see if there’s anything else I should cut out (dairy probably) but another said good testing is basically useless. Any thoughts? Insurance won’t...
  2. Hi all, I've been eating gluten-free for less than a month and have been very strict - only eating food prepared at my house and being very careful to have no cross contamination (we have dedicated sponges, cutting boards, etc), however I've found when I eat certain gluten-free pasta or bread my stomach almost instantly gets gassy and very unhappy....

Good to know about vitamins - are traditional pills you can buy at the store ok or do people do more liquid/IV versions of...
  6. Hi all! So glad to find this forum to learn and ask questions. I've been on a journey of trying to figure out "what's wrong with me" for years...and finally had a doctor suggest celiac may be the root of the issue. I've had thyroid issues since I was 14 (38 now), infertility and weird antibodies, never converting with any vaccine I receive (I'm a nurse...
