Just made a mistake with these- I can’t prove it because the ingredients are a bit vague but I would bet money that they have gluten in them. I am one of those celiac who get sick really quick and it’s like… oh crap I just ate gluten. My guess is the yeast extract or one of the seasonings. I am disappointed for sure.
