Still trying to figure out if wheat/gluten is the culprit in my many seemingly unrelated yet continually life-sapping symptoms. I've been dealing with skin issues, stomach/intestinal problems, fatigue, periods of depression, and excessive weight gain that hasn't budged no matter what I do. I'm pretty much at my wit's end! Started a gluten free diet on May 11th, and am just trying to learn as much as I can.
