Yes, I had my numbers done in October and they were fine. I was diagnosed Celiac in 2020 so I finally got my numbers down until this.

I have been following a strict gluten free diet and had Covid two weeks ago...one week ago I had bloodwork done and the doctor called and said that my numbers were off the charts. I have examined everything I have eaten and there is nothing with gluten. Is it possible that Covid skewed the numbers? I see there are studies regarding people testing positive...
