Culver's cheese curds have a gluten-containing breading on them and are not listed as gluten free on their menu, so I don't eat them. There is also risk of cross-contamination with anything fried at Culver's. Unfortunately none of the yummy fried stuff is celiac-safe as it all shares a fryer with the breaded items.
