  1. Did you ever want to cheat on the gluten free diet and take the gliadin X pill? My doctor noticed on my bloodwork results my total protein keeps lowering. Malnutrition. Occasionly, I would like to eat my favorite foods at least twice a year. Is that awful? I am going though some crazy thoughts lately.

No, I never want to cheat because I get violently ill if I get a significant gluten exposure. Terrific abdominal cramps, puking and diarrhea for hours. Besides, GliadinX will not cover a large gluten exposure. It may be effective for cross contamination scenarios but not the amounts one would get when purposely cheating. I've been eating gluten free so long now that gluten free foods seem normal to me and taste good.

  2. Since I couldn't figure out how to downsize my picture, I will tell you about the outcome on my bloodwork.  The tissue Transglut Ab IGG where positive >9, mine said 12 HIGH.  My EGD, 4CM hiatal hernia, stomach patchy erythema was noted. The duodenum appeared normal. Biopsies were done, all negative. I called that doctor and he said he went with the bloodwork, that it was high, 12. Are there other testing to be done? I don't know if I should stay with this doctor or not. Thank you for your time!!!

  3. The file is too big. I dont know how to make it smaller. Sorry!
  4. No, because it might come in contact with other cereals that aren't gluten free. The company said this.
  5. Has anyone tried Gliadin? How long has it been on the market ? What are your thoughts on this?
  6. Yes, I do have the results, but there's nothing to attach a file to in this page. I could email it. This would be a big help to me. Thank you
  7. Yes, I had an upper GI, also. Plus, I had bloodwork done. I misunderstood. The doctor told me ,to go on a strict gluten free diet. He said nothing about celiac. So in other words, I have celiac? I have other autoimmune disease. My symptoms are many. I am totally confused. You think my doctor would have wanted to see me after my results. Thank you for...
  8. Hi! All this is new to me. I went for a colonoscopy. Then my doctor said to stay on a strict gluten free diet but said nothing about Celiac. Thanks, Celiac Paula
