  4. Thank you I’ll read more.Its good to know that something is available to counteract the gluten from cross contamination. One of the places we tried the first time I was fine ,we went another time and I got sick. So I think definitely cross contamination. thanks peace liy

  6. Hi scott is it really safe to take gliadinx I’m probably not saying it right but if you take it before you go to the restaurant which is fine but was it a gluten free food or did the pill counter act the gluten? I’m confused.
  7. Okay I get it but you taking the gliadinx so how does one know that the food was actually gluten free? I’m asking because is I’m not all that familiar with it .

  11. Thanks I’ll give a try . It’s frustrating because I loved to cooked but honestly it’s a little difficult for me right now ,trying to make food without gluten I have cealiac so I am not cooking foods with gluten I suffered to long . thanks peace lily.

  14. Hello i found a very good white bread at Aldi’s big slices for me it’s a plus BLT sandwich yes. I live in R.I. So I know it’s different at other places to find what you like it’s an adjustment for sure. And I’ve also noticed for myself it’s a matter of time .I tried glutinous English muffins there okay not great but I’m used to it now. Let’s face it...

  16. I’m the same about bread . I live in Rhode Island I’ve found white gluten-free bread at Aldi’s grocery store big slices and pretty good . And like you a lot of breads are pricey .

  19. I live in Rhode Island so I’ve been having a problem with the bread issue too . I just bought a gluten-free white sliced bread not bad it’s pretty good big slices compared to others it’s called Live Free I bought it at Aldi . I’ve made bread also but some times I don’t have the time . peace lily
  20. Hi scott, I was thinking of a bread machine also after reading I’ll think on that . So far the bread I have purchased not so great I did make a loaf of bread it wasn’t to bad it was better then the one bought tho. I always loved to cook not so much anymore,going grocery shopping takes over an hour I read everything.
  21. Im still not gaining weight I’m on a gluten free diet . And still having issues with constapation started priobiocs figured it would help been over two weeks . I guess it’s going to be a long road for me .

  23. Well I also have a thyroid problem I’ve been taken Synthroid for over 20years . Every time I went for my check up I always mention the weight loss ,but the past month constantly lost weight . I had the endoscopic and that said damage to the small intestine.
