My son (3.5 y) started developing a rash on both elbows about 6 months ago. Now starting to develop on his knees. See photos. Awaiting a celiac test but I'm curious if this might be dermatitis herpetiformis, or something different. A reason I think it might not be dermatitis herpetiformis is because they aren't "intensely" itchy. I only see him scratching...
