For sure. We talked about nuts and beans. Too many are processed on equipment that is contaminated. So I’m careful about all that. I just started looking into body products. -
So I just recently found out that the skin balm that I use to keep my stretched ears healthy has Wheat Germ Oil in it. I don't have celiac, but the girl I'm seeing does. My girlfriend was super excited to find labeled gluten free trail mix the other day. But after eating it, she started feeling a bit off.
