Hello to all! How long after getting glutened do you notice first symptoms? Especially those who have dizziness and balance problems. I can’t pinpoint the culprit this time. In last 24 hours I haven’t eaten anything risky accept flat white and gluten-free muffin packed in plastic in Starbucks, for which I doubt it could be the culprit.

Hello!! Did anyone have problems with immune system after going gluten free? I am on gluten-free diet for 2 months now (with 3 cases of being glutened by mistake) and last months I have constant herpes virus which I haven’t have for years.
