  1. I am taking 1000 mcg of B12 each morning @trents. I also eat a lot of B12 in my diet which is why I was surprised it was so low. My OBGYN (who ordered the test) said that most of her patients are at 900+ for B12, which also shocked me! I have not been tested for iron deficiency/anemia, but I will look into that.

  3. Thank you for your insight @plumbago @trents ! I am taking supplements for B12 and D3 now, but after retest, I am still low. I am hoping to be approved for B12 shots soon. My Neurologist mentioned that the B12 deficiency could be due to malabsorption and thought that the supplements would not work because of it; she said that is a common issue with Celiac...
