  1. It could be possible, I’m sure. I probably need to try tamari sauce at home more to see if it makes me feel bad. I didn’t think I had any issues with soy but then, I didn’t realize gluten was a problem either.

  4. My sister has been so great about changing out kitchen to gluten-free but we think these wonderful gluten-free cookies she made were contaminated by sugar we had before my diagnosis. I think I’ve been glutened for the first time since going gluten-free and it’s AWFUL! Why is it so much worse now than before the diet ugggghhh.
