Hi, firstly i want to say sorry for all the typos in my first post, i must have been rushing or half awake or something. I have been regularly ish having my blodds taken at the doctors ans i seem to we low in either iron, vitamin D , B12 or folic acid. And i dont think i eat a particularly poor diet either.
