  6. duh, i never even thought about cracking them myself. thanks. i may have to resort to product like go raw but as general rule try to keep away from food grown in china because i had bad experience many yrs ago. i am not an ugly american but trust usa organic controls more.
  7. specifically styrian pumpkin for zinc and brazil nuts for selenium. although gluten free very difficult to find that are certified gluten-free so cross contamination is possibility. a couple brazil nuts gives more than what is required daily. i am newly diagnosed so any suggestions in this would be appreciated.
