Thank you for these suggestions. If you're sensitive are you able to eat quinoa? Buckwheat? I can't tolerate rice, oats, bean or cornflour. I sometimes miss the bulk (fibre) that rice and oats give.

I know I can't be the only one that's sensitive to all grain, pluses and beans. I feel bloated and blocked. How are you getting enough fibre in your diet to keep a healthy flow, so to speak!
