I had coconut water, and lemonade . I didn’t find gelatin that was safe for me to eat , but I was okay and the prep did not hurt my stomach! -
Hi, I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week Tuesday so Monday I’m on clear liquids and clear foods like gelatin. Would anyone suggest anything clear foods that are gluten-free and celiac friendly? I’m going to do my own research but I wanted to get some advice from all of you on here. Thank you!

Has anyone had reactions to brown rice ? I wanted a healthier option , I react to oats and gluten-free oats. So I just wanted to get 30-35g of fiber in my life to help with B-movements.
