    Thanks for all the replies, some really good info. I'm going to read it properly tomorrow but its super interesting and goes along with my own thoughts that its possible i may get a diagnosis later down the line.

    Hi @trents Yes I was tested for SIBO in last round of tests i believe as thats what the doc thought ig mitht have been. I've not heard of the MCAS/histamine though so will look into that and mention it when i go back next month for my next appointment.
