  1. I don't have symptoms now. But this DGP IgG is high than normal. I read your article. Very nice by the way. Based on it I don't need to do DGP IgG because I don't have IgA deficiency. I did it first time because those days I didn't know the right procedure for blood tests so I did all. What might you do if you was me? Just keep eating gluten and do tests...
  2. What can I do next? Just continue getting gluten from food and do the tests again after some time like 6 months while observing symptoms if any? I read somewhere if a person has NCGS he shouldn't have any blood tests high. So I'm worry.
  3. Hello! I want to share my situation. I had symptoms like some food intolerance, diarrhea, bloating, belching one year ago. I thought I could have celiac disease so I did the blood tests. The results were ambiguous for me so I saw the doctor and he said I needed to do tests to check whether I had any parasites as well. It turned out I had giardiasis...
  4. My old results (almost a year ago) are: The Tissue Transglutaminase IgA antibody - 0.5 U/ml (for the lab I did the tests 0.0 - 3.0 is normal) The Tissue Transglutaminase IgG antibody - 6.6 U/ml (for the lab I did the tests 0.0 - 3.0 is normal) Immunoglobulin A - 1.91 g/l (for the lab I did the tests 0.7 to 4 g/l is normal) IgA Endomysial...
  5. I haven't seen any information there are other genes which trents wrote but what if I spend money to do this test and the results show I have these genes. It will mean nothing. I can have these genes and not have celiac disease if I know it right. Because biopsy is not available, unfortunately, the most reliable methods are blood tests, in my opinion...
  6. I think I don't have any symptoms now. I have some fogginess but I'm not sure whether it's gluten. I think the gut related problems I described above were caused because I had giardiasis. It was treated and now I feel much better. However I started a gluten free diet after the parasite treatment so it's a bit unclear what was the reason. I...
  7. My old results are: The Tissue Transglutaminase IgA antibody - 0.5 U/ml (for the lab I did the tests 0.0 - 3.0 is normal) The Tissue Transglutaminase IgG antibody - 6.6 U/ml (for the lab I did the tests 0.0 - 3.0 is normal) Immunoglobulin A - 1.91 g/l (for the lab I did the tests 0.7 to 4 g/l is normal) IgA Endomysial antibody (EMA...
  8. Thank you for your answer. Well, I'm going to eat at least 5 slices a day, each of them is 35 grams. I think I'll do blood tests again after four weeks. If the results are negative or not clear, I'll continue the challenge and repeat blood tests again after another four weeks.
  9. Hello! I'm doing a gluten challenge now. I don't know how much bread to eat. There are 4-6 slices of bread a day suggested in most articles. But one slice of bread can be 25 grams or 40 grams. So when it's 25, six slices are just 150 grams. When it's 40 grams, six slices are 240 grams. The difference is huge in my opinion. Can someone recommend...
  10. Yes, I understand your point. But I don't understand why trents suggests to do the challenge so I asked. It all sounds so disappointing because it's not simple to diagnose what I have. I might be crazy. And if I do what you say and then do what trents says it still might be not clear. If your guess about my results getting down was right, what would...
  11. Do you think my test results are not so valid so I need to check again but this time doing it right? Why do I need to wait so much time before starting the gluten challenge? By the way thank you for your help.
  12. So do you think I need to follow a gluten free diet for another four months to have been on the diet for six months because I've already been for two months. Then start consuming gluten in proportions you've written for at least two weeks and after that do all these blood tests again? What can it give me? And do I need to do all the tests before starting...
  13. I decided to look at what I bought before doing tests: 03.05.2024 - one loaf 08.05.2024 - one loaf 13.05.2024 - one loaf 20.05.2024 - one loaf 29.05.2024 is the date I did the tests. I don't remember what I was eating from 20.05.2024 to 29.05.2024. How long I was eating that loaf bought at 20.05.2024. But I started the...
  14.
