  1. Thank you Russ and also everyone else in the thread! I'll definitely cut out oats, and I'll be patient when waiting for symptoms to subside. I read about celiacs feeling better "immediately" which scared me that I was doing something wrong, but it makes me feel a lot better that it takes a while for everything to calm down.
