  2. Shar has good breads. I like the darker grain bread and it costs just a bit less than CB bread that is also good. Shar has bagels that, when toasted, are quite good with cream cheese. I will have to look for Franz at Costco and try it. Both the Shar and CB breads toast well. Trader Joes has gluten-free bread and bagels. Whole Foods has gluten-free multigrain...
  3. I use these all the time. 32 gm of protein and 200 calories. I use the vanilla because I cannot have chocolate now (nothing to do with celiac disease) and the vanilla tastes quite good. I also like the packaging; no throw away plastic containers to pollute the landfill. Watch for sales on these and save $1 or or more for a pack of 4.
