Hi Everyone, this is my first time joining the forum. Thanks in advance to all those who respond. I was diagnosed with celiac about 2 years ago, and also have mast cell dysfunction. My question is, can your symptoms change from one end of the spectrum to another? Historically after being glutened I would experience constipation and horrible bloating...
