Whyz

I want to start baking gluten free bread, cakes pies ,etc a bit scared in case it goes pear shaped. Don’t know whether to get a bread machine. any help recipes links I would appreciate.

Had my endoscopy yesterday I was told it would be about 6 weeks for the results.. Also found a small H Hernia only small they won’t be doing anything about that about that.

Not knowing how long I have to wait for a hospital appointment for the intestine and biopsy seems to make things worse. The thing is if you have headaches you take pain killers, isn’t there anything that I can do?.

I’m only half way to being diagnosed I’ve started eating gluten free food because normal food makes me feel ill. is this ok
