Hi thanks Scott I had a phone call from the docters they gave referred me to gastroenterology as a urgent appointment because of the inflammation the kidney test went from stage 2 to stage 3a within 11 month I had one in February too so it's quite a concern at the minute so that is being looked at too the celiac test came back negative but I have been gluten... -
I have recently had tests for calprotein in a fecal test has come back apparently high at 2500 and flagged up stage 3a GKD and GFR 59 and 95 on the serum creatinine the test I was sent for also for milk allergy and celiac hasn't come back yet because it's had to be sent off to a different place I was just wondering if anyone had these addition tests going...

This literally happened to me today I had gluten after not eating it for over 6 months doing the elimination diet has I'm trying to get help with a diagnosis I ate gluten a few days ago and then stopped because I went for my blood test today unfortunately it's not enough has I've now learned from some helpful people on this forum it has to be a lot longer...

Thanks for posting that Scott I will arm myself too I had a blood test today and a fecal test for calprotein I'm not expecting any positive results I've been gluten free for over 6 months but I will be back has Arnold says with that information 👍

Oh yes same here I've been called a weirdo and health aniexty nut even at first my own daughter's were making fun of me but now they have seen the results there's too doing the gluten and lactose free has they both now older have realised they have problems too and threw me ranting on and changing it's helped them to stop suffering early so you keep doing... -

Could you not try to cut oil out and use a alternative method ? Is there really any health benefits for oil ? If it has caused do much did discomfort for your little one I'd be inclined to source a different way my granddaughter has a nut allergy it's been a roller coaster ride but we cut whatever was causing issues out and found a alternative and she's been... -

I too have blood tests booked a Wilson and was told it's ok that I've been gluten free since for over 6 months they have also put me in for a fecal test for calprotein and a milk allergy has I had to stop lactose too and a IBS blood test I didn't even know you could test for IBS ? I'm going Tuesday but since reading on here I'm thinking now why bother I... -

I was also told I had IBS years ago like literally it's just IBS the docter said I've had lots of the symptoms you say there plus much more but I'm convinced it's not just IBS although I feel very sorry for people who get told this too because IBS is a real problem for people too it's awfull how much ignorance is around in the world these days from docters... -

Thankyou for that information yes I totally relate to that it's a very good read and I've felt like that too to the point were going out for dinner was aniexty before I even left home and it's funny her name is jean because that was my grandma's name and I also believe she coeliac undiagnosed because I look back now and she couldn't tolerate most things... -
