Hi! I’m Laney, a gluten-free traveler, recipe developer, and attorney. I was diagnosed with severe celiac disease in 2019 after what was likely decades of being undiagnosed. By the time I finally had answers, celiac had taken a significant toll on my health—including leading to a cancer diagnosis. Since then, I’ve committed to living strictly gluten-free and helping others navigate this often-challenging journey.

I’m passionate about exploring the world safely as a celiac and sharing meaningful gluten-free restaurant reviews through my travel blog. I also love reimagining my favorite pre-diagnosis foods into delicious, safe, gluten-free recipes. When I’m not working, traveling, or cooking, I’m enjoying life in Texas with my wonderful family. I know firsthand how overwhelming a celiac diagnosis can be, and I hope my experiences help others feel empowered, informed, and inspired.
