Hey what's up I'm missnbagels. I been gluten free for about 7 years. its been interesting to say the least. all i know is thank god for better food from when i started. All i remember from the beginning of it all was the G.I. Doctor saying "well, um. I'm gonna put your on this thing called a gluten free diet." He sent me on the way and here i am.
