For those of you looking for Gluten-Free Restaurants I have GOOD news!! Margaritaville in Orlando is very close to rolling out there GLUTEN-FREE menu! Even though its not quite out yet, Chef Dan has been preparing gluten-free meals by request. I have been extremely fortunate to have partaken in his gluten-free master pieces and they are AMAZING! From pastas to burgers he's conquering the gluten-free world. I highly recommend you go and try it yourself.
