Hi Donna Mae, My understanding is if you are gluten free and someone in your house uses hand lotion and touchs door handles, etc you can be glutened. It is very hard to control your household unless you make it completely gluten free. My daughter also is struggling with product concerns. Right now she is looking for a good gluten free shampoo.
